Breakfast at the Viking in Sprague

A wonderful volunteer and I are making our way across the central western portion of the district and started off meeting Lisa, Morgan and a few other folks in Sprague.

 

Unfortunately, while they love their community and work hard - there are challenges facing the residents there and economic hardships. Still the community is resilient, determined and close-knit. You could see it when folks came in to eat.

 

After Sprague we made our way to Ritzville, Odessa, Harrington and are staying the night in Davenport.
